Get to know La Vida Nos Mueve a digital experience co-created between the C-Transmedia of the University of Caldas and CHEC.

A true digital experience is La Vida Nos Mueve, the new CHEC brand platform territory on sustainability, innovation, energy generation, digitization and work with communities, made for citizens of Caldas, Risaralda and in general the world, where they can acquire knowledge and enjoy the landscapes of the Eje Cafetero. A research-creation project, co-created with the Caldas College through the C-Transmedia that leaves social, environmental and educational results.  

The digital universe is in a CMS that hosts a variety of digital content such as articles, photo galleries, infographics and a web series. Through a transmedia narrative, the natural wealth of the territory, the action plans for the protection of the environment, the transparency of the energy generation processes, the relationship with the communities and the different species are made visible; consolidating itself as a space for access to knowledge and new digital experiences.   

From the C-Transmedia of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, an investigation of transmedia narratives was conducted to identify specific communication and design aspects for the project, in addition to its active participation in the co-creation of audiovisual production, illustration, storytelling, strategy, IT development and user experience.  

According to German Vinasco, C-Transmedia Technical Team Leader, “the idea is to continue nurturing and strengthening this digital space, so we are currently working with CHEC in the development of educational resources for free access for citizens, which will integrate the universe of La Vida Nos Mueve”.   

The university and company experience leaves results of research, research-creation, transfer and appropriation of knowledge, as well as network collaborations with other universities, agencies and various social actors, which allow regional growth in different indicators and in the SDGs.
