The Course on Innovation and Digital Competences for Education: from Teachers to Teachers, aims to transmit knowledge and skills that allow teachers to join the culture of change required by educational systems and processes, adapting to the needs and current challenges. This program is a short format that is developed in a 100% virtual way and it is the same teachers – with prior knowledge, formation and training – who train their peers. With this course it is planned to attract 1,200 teachers from the 26  Caldas municipalities.
